ACAM Ethics Examination

This exam is based on Good Medical Practice: A Code of Conduct for Doctors in Australia by the Medical Board of Australia.
It outlines the ethical standards, principles, and professional conduct expected of all registered doctors. The code:

• Reflects values shared by the medical profession and wider community
• Provides clear expectations for professional behaviour
• Applies broadly, allowing flexibility while upholding core principles
• Aligns with the AMA Code of Ethics, the Declaration of Geneva, and the International Code of Medical Ethics
• Is issued under Section 39 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (state/territory based)
