Formed in 2014 through a merger with ASCM, ACAM has grown into a nationally recognised college. Since 2020, we’ve reimagined our educational model, launched Fellowship and Nurse pathways, and expanded our CPD offerings, all in step with evolving clinical standards. Today, ACAM stands as a modern, inclusive institution shaped by professionalism, innovation, and ethical care.

Over the years, it has expanded its educational programs, modernised its governance, and built a strong community of professionals. With a focus on high standards and continuous improvement, ACAM remains committed to advancing the field and supporting its members at every stage of their journey.
Explore MembershipACAM finalised a new constitution, transitioned to company status, and applied for NPF at the federal level. A modern policy manual was developed, committees expanded, and membership grew into a national base.
New online CPD courses in Ethics, Patient Care, and Anatomy were accredited across multiple colleges. ACAM built conference partnerships, hosted educational dinners, and launched a guest lecture series for aesthetic medicine practitioners.
Redevelopment of the college and education platform began, aligning with evolving cosmetic medicine legislation.Three fellowship pathways and a nurse associate program were launched, most leading to internationally recognised qualifications.
ACAM was officially formed through a merger with the Australasian Society of Cosmetic Medicine (ASCM), uniting expertise under one banner.
