Scope of Practice
Dr Mikhail provides a wide range of services including:

Aesthetic Treatments: Medical cosmetic procedures using medications and advanced energy-based devices such as laser, radiofrequency (RF), high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU), and RF microneedling.

Skin Cancer Management: Comprehensive skin checks, dermoscopy, biopsies of suspicious lesions, and expert surgical excisions including complex repairs with flaps and grafts. Experienced in melanoma care.

Varicose Vein Treatments: Minimally invasive procedures including laser ablation, sclerotherapy, and surgical vein removal.

In-Clinic Surgical Procedures: Vasectomy for male sterilisation, circumcision for infants (under 3 months) and individuals over 14, and removal of benign skin lesions including moles, skin tags, cysts, and lipomas.

Education and Credentials
Dr Mikhail graduated with an MBBS from the University of Khartoum (Sudan) in 1983, followed by a Master’s in Clinical Surgery. He became a specialist surgeon in 1989 and obtained his Fellowship in General Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (FRCSI) in 1996. After moving to Australia in 1998, he earned Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2007.
