Dr Jake Aaron Henry Sloane

Dr. Jake Sloane is a globally-renowned facial aesthetic doctor and the co-founder of our industry’s
most listened to podcast - Inside Aesthetics (IA).

Originally from the UK he went to the University of Manchester and graduated with an Anatomy degree (1999-2002). His dissertation focussed on facial morphology and forensic reconstruction of the face.

He then completed a Medical Degree (2002-2007) and trained as a general surgeon for a decade in both the UK and Australia. He had expensive experience in colorectal, onco-plastic breast and trauma surgery. He moved to Sydney in 2015 after successfully applying for surgical rotation in the South-West Sydney Surgical Network.

In 2008 Dr Jake completed his first injectables training course with Cosmetic Courses. He founded a boutique aesthetics business and was head-hunted to work at www.beyondmedispa.com (Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge) before emigrating to Australia.

In 2017 he left hospital medicine so that he could dedicate his passion and skill to facial aesthetics. He has since become recognised as one of Asia-Pacific’s leading teachers and thought leaders with over 17 years of experience.

He is an established global key opinion leader for Allergan Aesthetics and from 2020-2022 was mentored personally by Dr Mauricio De Maio. He is a recognised global trainer in the ‘MD Codes’ technique and is also one of the world’s most experienced teachers of the Juvederm portfolio of fillers, Botox and Belkyra.

Dr. Jake is also an international speaker for Rejuran (PharmaResearch, South Korea), Asia’s leading polynucleotide injectable brand. Dr. Jake enjoys sharing his insights and his experiences and is a sought-after speaker.
